Timequake: Between The River and the Sea is an interdisciplinary project that fragments and reconfigures time, narrative and form related to the ongoing violence over land in Palestine and Israel. The project consists of an evolving arrangement of objects, film, and music that loop and unravel symbols, stories and broadcasts related to a contested landcape. In order to encourage people to stay with the discomfort of witnessing their own experience of this conflict, the works deploy altered rituals of grief across scales of human and geologic deep time. The artworks, ranging from paintings, collages, and wooden sculptures to shelter structures and audiovisual installations, are constantly subject to dissolution and reconfiguration in relation to each other, much like the agents and victims of violence caught in ever-changing, yet disturbingly familiar cycles of violence.

The project was first displayed as a solo exhibition at Colorado State University's K102a Gallery in 2025. It's most recent iteration lives within the Emmanuel Gallery's 150th anniversary exhibition Come Together' taking place in a gallery that once served as the synagogue Shearith Israel (Remnants of Israel) from 1903 - 1958.
